You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in the City of Toronto, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the website or services. You waive any objection to the venue or forum on the grounds of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at xifeng@freedomsef.buzz and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties shall engage in good faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days before either party may commence formal proceedings.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any proceedings against Freedom Sef Inc. shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action against Freedom Sef Inc.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freedom Sef Inc. with respect to your use of the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the website.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' original intention as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Freedom Sef Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, embargo, act of civil or military authority, fire, flood, accident, strike, pandemic, epidemic, shortage of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or failure of the Internet or telecommunications infrastructure.

Any notice required or permitted under these Terms of Service shall be in writing. Notices to you may be sent to the email address or postal address you have provided to us.

We may also provide additional notice, such as by email or through a notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
