Our website does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. We may set a strictly necessary session cookie solely to maintain the state of our contact form submission for security purposes. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

  • Client project records and communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, in accordance with Canadian corporate and tax record-keeping requirements.
  • Email correspondence is retained for up to seven years for business and legal purposes.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data at rest where technically feasible;
